In this criteria we find out the religious departments and then their distance from
the main gates
- Firstly select the religious departments by select by attribute query "dept" = 'religious'
- generate the midpoint of the polygon by feature to point tool
- find out the distance from that point to each gate by using point distance tool
- Copy the altervative.shp by copy feature
- join the output alternative_PointDistance2.dbfand c4copy feature by join field tool by setting input dataset c4_CopyFeatures.shp and join field alternative_PointDistance2.dbf on the basis of FID and OID respectively and find the output c4
